Mojito Beach, Sheraton Road, Sekalla

Great place, waiter service to sun loungers including SHISHA!

Plenty of room and is directly on the sea bed unlike Dream Beach which is just a big deck.

Music is played, steaks are grilled and this is THE place to be this summer.

I love it and looking forward to tomorrow's session and Christine, when you are over, this is where you, I, Undutchable and Baby Bro of NG (due to land the same day as Christine) will be hanging.

YEAH BABY!!!!

Beach

hi

Whats the cost to go on the beach and is the food & drink reasonable.

How far out do you have to go before you reach deeper water for snorkelling

Thanks

Entrance is 15le.

Drinks, food and shisha are all reasonably priced, soft drinks are around 8le I think. I haven't eaten here though so I can't give an opinion on the quality of food but what I will say is that the kitchen is always busy.

You don't have to go too far at all to snorkel/swim.

Enjoy!

I will have you know my funny little frend that i arrived completley sober, not very sane but sober, and the insanity was increased wholly as the week wore on, but thats cos i stayed with a mental man
I went to the beach to meet Newgal as planned we didnt get as much time together as we had hoped but she is right its a very pretty beach with everything on offer there, you dont have to move far to get a drink food or if you are into it a shisha!! :) :)

Have to say it is a nice place to spend the day although make sure you take some of those shoe things to go into the water as once you leave the sandy beach and enter the sea it is all coral and rocks. I went a couple of weeks ago and cut a chunk out of my foot which bled like mad, hubby rushed of for some plasters while i wrapped my foot with tissue. Not one of the staff offered any help so i left blood all over the sand. Have been back a few times but unless you have something on your feet please be careful.

That's a good idea anywhere in Egypt, Pats.... there are horrible things lurking... even when it all looks clear!
A friend of mine just missed a hiding stonefish recently.... luckily he was wearing water shoes!
For those that don't know stonefish.... they're VERY poisonous!!

A friend of mine cut his feet to ribbons on Mojita beach, ts very rocky and it drops away quite sharply too, so yes all take heed, not the best beach for swimming.

Agreed, nice beach for a drink but not a good one for swimming or snorkelling from.

Very sharp rocks.
