Yes I am going to be a nightmare, I feel like I need to be strapped to my chair at work as I just wish to jump up and down and scream "I'M LEAVING"!!!!

Actually, if I was wishing for stuff it would be a lottery win....

I would take you anyway you nutter, goes without saying doesn’t it!

Always said I wouldn’t keep the bulk of a lottery win, would give it to family, friends and charities and would only keep enough to be comfortable myself.

So get ready Christine, just got my syndicate numbers through, we won £46 last week, hoping it’s the big win this week!

Would go to New York too I guess and the Maldives before they sink

So thats three...

Hhhmmm, we know Egypt is on there so 4...

5th...Thailand maybe.... :D :D

A walking safari with the Massai (then after would revisit Zanzibar)
Gorilla spotting in Rwanda
I want to ride around Ayres rock on a Harley.

Of course there are many more places and things i want to do, but I think these are my top 5.

First my top 5 places I'va actually been to... in order of preference...

Vietnam... loved the people in Saigon and the diving and beach in Nha Trang...

Sydney... again the people... and the laid-back atmosphere...

Dahab.... IMHO the nicest corner of Egypt by far!!

Jamaica..... very poor country... wonderful people... and scenery!!

Thailand.... the bustle of Bangkok and the secluded miles of beach at Bann Krud

Places I'd like to go that I haven't been to yet...

India...... I love the bright colours and the culture!!

Alaska.... this one has to be done on a cruise ship!!

Kenya.... a safari.... I'll definitely do this one before I die!!

China.... looks fascinating!!

Russia.... St Petersburg in particular.

I loved Jamaica, was VERY disappointed by the people,

I've been to places where you get hassle from sellers etc but it just seemed in Jamaica everyone was trying to rip you off in the worst way.

not a place I'd rush back to, to be honest.

I've heard that from others too...
IMO the hassle we got was no worse than the hassle tourists get in Hurghada....!!

I did get women wanting to "braid your hair, pretty lady??"
My hair was 1" long at the time!!

It's a poor country... people are trying to scrape a living...a few years in Hurghada will toughen you up.... people will try to rip Europeans off in most poor countries!!

Oh I can cope with tourist hassle, walked through El Quseir on a Wednesday with my partner, we were the only westerners around. Done the north and south of Goa. Tunisia, Dominican Republic. Gambia was the worst in previous experience.

Jamaica was different. People would go and get things for you then refuse to give you the change. If you said you weren't interested in drugs some could get quite aggressive. They were "your best mate" until you said you didn't want drugs and then you would get threatened or treated with contempt. Great food, great music, amazing country, disappointing people.

Not a place I'd enjoying living.

My friend went to Jamaica last year and told me the most disgusting things about some of the people and how she was approached in the streets. As a tourist, what some people term as ‘hassle’ is really just the locals attempting to make money or to get you to at least look at what they have on offer, I’ve always found it pretty harmless in Egypt to be honest and I have always been able to scam enough free stuff anyway…amazing what a smile can get you. If they want to banter, so can I if it means I get a bargain that locals have even been jealous of. Its all about giving as good as you’re getting ;) :D

But in Jamaica, THAT was hassle, my friend was subjected to what I can only term sexual harassment :x :x and I can’t even type what happened it was that horrific. I would never go.
