What film is this?

(2001) I am Saruman the white, a great wizard. I have been head of my order for years. However I have gazed into the orb, and seen the colour of the future. The Dark Lord has grown so strong that it is folly to oppose him; the only hope of survival is to join forces. It is a pity that that fool Gandalf lacks the vision to see this, and refuses to yield the ring of power that will put me on an equal footing with Sauron.
