4-0

Post by Netyoda »

Went to a local coffee shop to watch the Egypt-Algeria match last night - what an occassion!

Egypt winning 4-0 and Algeria having 3 players (including their goalkeeper) sent of, it really couldn't have gone any better for Egypt.

As I sat watching the second half smoking a shisha and drinking water, Egypt scored again and I was belted in the head with a table that someone had picked up and was swinging around.

They were all very apologetic and now I have a new Coptic friend in Hurghada ;)

The only thing was that I needed to be up early this morning to get ready for my flight and the Corniche was packed with cars and bikes beeping their horns until around 2:30!

Great night for Egypt, most enjoyable :D Can't wait for the final, but I'll be in the UK for it :( I'm waring my No. 9 Zidan shirt for the journey back :D
