Is there any bunting or lanterns lit this year anywhere in Hurghada to signify this event, i ask as it appears to have dwindled in Luxor so i wondered .............

Ramadan is visually a non-event in Hurghada, Chris....
Ihad a huge red fanus in my balcony.....I was the only one in Hadaba!!!
The only way you knew it was Ramadan was because everybody was bad-tempered from not smoking.... and you couldn't get a bus before iftar!!!

I spent a week in Cairo one Ramadan.... totally different atmosphere!!!
