Mothers Day Prayer

I love the way
You love me, care for me.
Since I was born
You have never cared for yourself
I am the one
Who have occupied all your thoughts
Day and night.
I know that mom.
You have been taking much pains
to bring me up in a proper way
Since I was born.
You've given me the best gift in the world
An unconditional love.
In your love, in your care
In your gentle understanding
I see the kindness and love of God.
When I hug you
It seems there is no such thing
That I want from life.
Your love is enough for me.
Have I ever thanked you?
Have I ever acknowledged your sacrifice?
I know you expect nothing from me.
I know I can't do what you did for me
And what you are still doing for me.
In return of all your sacrifices,
In return of all your love and care,
I can present you with but one gift.
My honest, unconditional love.
May our bond be ever so strong
May the Lord bless you with a life long
May your life be filled with happiness
May you the Lord ever bless!

My little girl is now awake and its 6 30 i think she is more the one thats excited Lol and she likes this poem a lot ,
anyway i am off to grab an hours sleep i am not in the mood for tea and toast this early so im going whip her back to bed and have her hug me with her legs Lollllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
