Lamb Tagine (serves 4)
Ingredients:
500g Lamb (or minced lamb)
100g Dried apricots – chopped in half
1 tin chopped tomatoes
300ml chicken stock
2 gloves garlic
1 onion chopped
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon tumeric
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and pepper
Method:
The recipe says to brown the lamb and soften the onion first, but I just sling them all in a pot and put it in the oven at 170 C and leave it for 2 and half hours, I get it out and stir it occasionally.
The recipe also says serve with couscous but you could have it with whatever you want, rice, potatoes and veg, chips lol.

I have to admit, someone sent me this recipe and thought I would share it with you all
